Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of apps published by Ryco Labs LLC (“we”, “us”; each an “App”). By downloading or using an App, you agree to them.
License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal use, subject to the app store’s terms.
Subscriptions & billing
- Some features require a paid subscription, billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account at the price and interval shown at purchase.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged within 24 hours before renewal.
- Free trials. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited on purchase of a subscription. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
- Manage / cancel in your Apple or Google account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their policies.
Acceptable use
Don’t reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the App, or use it unlawfully.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ryco Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the prior 12 months.
Apple / Google terms
These Terms are between you and Ryco Labs LLC only — not Apple or Google, who are not responsible for the App or its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a U.S.-embargoed country and are not on any U.S. prohibited-parties list.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Ryco Labs LLC is organized, in the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
